KDS Blog #2: Conflict in Crash!

After spending time exploring the types of conflicts found in literature, it is essential to reflect on why authors make literary conflict an integral part of the story. Using the novel Crash, by Jerry Spinelli, each group will write and post about the assigned conflict as it relates to the novel.

To receive full marks, the paragraph must include:

*Definition of the type of conflict

*Identification of novel and author

*Description of the example of the type of conflict the group was assigned as seen in the book,

*A transition that introduces a quote

*A quote, (properly attributed to a character and cited with a page number), that provides evidence that the type of conflict is part of the story plot

*Why this conflict is important to the plot

*Insights this conflict brings into the protagonist

*Check for mechanics: Spelling, grammar, capitalization, punctuation, etc.

If possible, post a picture of the group's pop-up page.
